Dennis Burke (b. USA) is a dynamic Interdisciplinary Artist and Educator whose diverse practice spans visual arts, multimedia, and educational innovation. His work explores the intersections of traditional and digital media, often blurring the lines between artistic disciplines to create immersive and thought-provoking experiences. His artistic journey has taken him from the studios of Eastern Illinois University to the streets of Florence, Italy, and the cutting-edge facilities of Columbia College Chicago. His work has been exhibited in venues across the United States and Italy, including the Center for Book and Paper Arts, Expo Chicago, and the Lorenzo de' Medici Art Institute in Florence. As an educator, Burke brings over two decades of experience to his role, fostering creativity and innovation in diverse educational settings. He has held positions at institutions including Columbia College Chicago, where he served as a Teaching Associate in the Television & New Media Department and as a Guest Educator in the Interdisciplinary Arts & Media Department. Currently pursuing a Master of Education at DePaul University, Burke continues to refine his pedagogical approach, blending traditional artistic principles with contemporary teaching methods.

Burke has been awarded several honors throughout his career, including the Ruth C. Boyd Excellence in Fine Arts Scholarship and recognition in the Illinois Advanced Placement in Arts program. His work has been featured in publications such as "Best of America Mixed Media: Volume 2" and the College Art Association Art Journal. In addition to his artistic and educational pursuits, Burke has extensive experience in project management, budget oversight, and theatrical set design. He has worked with organizations such as the Chicago Theatre Company and the Chicago High School for the Arts, bringing his unique blend of artistic vision and practical expertise to each role.
